At Simplified Green Homes, we're much more than our name. Since 2016 when we opened shop in Lebanon, we've expanded our services but kept a laser-focus on energy efficiency.

Today, Simplified Green Homes is a full service energy auditing and insulation firm specializing in your residential and commercial energy savings needs. Still based out of Lebanon, we now service all of New Hampshire and Maine and Southern Maine.

As part of our commitment to improving energy efficiency and comfort in New Hampshire and Maine homes, Simplified Green Homes is a proud Home Performance with ENERGY STAR (HPwES) contractor.

Efficiency Maine

Simplified Green Homes is a registered vendor for Efficiency Maine energy savings programs.

We provide energy audits, insulation and air sealing services for both existing and new homes. We also work with qualified mechanical system suppliers so that upgrades or replacements to equipment result in efficient energy savings.
