Home Performance Building Contractors

Building contractors in New Hampshire and Maine are required to meet energy code minimum values that are based on recommendations by the US Department of Energy. These energy code requirements are not just based on insulation levels, but take into consideration the whole house as a system - insulation, air leakage, high-performance windows and doors, proper duct sealing, efficient space heating and cooling equipment and more.
